WPS Button Issues

WPS or Wi-Fi Protected Setup allows you to connect your thermostat to your router without the need of entering a password.

The WPS is located on your router with the following icons.

Older routers may not have the WPS button or 3rd party routers that come from an internet provider may have WPS disabled.

For some routers, pressing and holding the WPS button may factory reset your router, we recommend reading your manufacturers guide.
