In any chance that Simple Flat Bill has not paid your utility bill, please take these following steps.
- Make sure your payment information in your Simple Flat Bill account is up to date and not expired. We will not pay your bill to your utility provider if your payment info is invalid.
- If you have changed your username and password in your utility providers online account, this will hinder us from paying your bill. Please ensure that you have up-to-date credentials in your Simple Flat Bill account.
