It is important that you maintain an active link between your utility account and your Simple Flat Bill account so that we can maintain up-to-date payment information. If you need to update your username or password in your utility online account, you can do this from the settings menu of your Simple Flat Bill account.
Navigate to https://home.thesimple.com/flatbill/login and login to your account. In the upper left hand corner you will see a menu button; click on it and select settings:
From the settings menu you can hit Update Utility Credentials, and you’ll be shown a popup window that will allow you to input your Username and Password of your online utility account.
