- You do not have sufficient billing history, you will need 12 months billing history with your current utility provider. Check your email history, as we have likely requested additional information from you.
- We cannot generate an offer for you because you are ineligible for Simple Flat Bill.
- Your offer has been generated, but the email is in your spam folder. In this case, simply login to your Simple Flat Bill account to view your offer.
