If you receive a message showing "Thermostat is Not Installed", follow these steps to try and solve the problem.
- You did not complete your installation yet, please navigate to www.home.thesimple.com/install to complete your installation
- If the thermostat is pending installation or the installation is currently in progress, please check your account after the thermostat is connected and installed.
- If the thermostat has recently been installed, wait five (5) minutes if your account has not yet updated.
- Contact Customer Care at email@example.com for assistance if you are still having problems.
