You can take the following steps to re-establish a connection.
1. Check if your thermostat is receiving power - try to change the temperature up or down.
- If thermostat does not have power, please troubleshoot with “Fix a Blank Thermostat”
2. Verify that your router and home WiFi network are working and have an internet connection - try to view a web page.
3. Try turning power off and on to Wi-Fi router and Internet modem. If there is no power switch, you can try unplugging the power, wait 10 seconds, and then plugging in your equipment again.
4. Try resetting your thermostat with the following steps:
- Remove the thermostat faceplate by pulling it off the wall.
- Wait 15 seconds.
- Return the thermostat faceplate to its seated position.
5. If your WiFi Password or Router has been changed, please click on the link below for step by step instructions to configure your thermostat WiFi.
